Counseling

Join us on an experiential, mindful, and present-moment focused healing journey, where we'll explore your somatic and emotional landscape, as well as your beliefs and thought-patterns. Through experiential practice both in and out of our sessions, you'll build emotional muscle memory, allowing you to better connect with yourself and others.
